about

IDM, Breaks and Dance music all set to haunting, often cinematic and atmospheric, themes. Schema's "Binary Soul" is an inspiration to the darker souls, yet multiple tracks have been used in film and online, the most famous two being "The Love Song" and "I Love You, Rock'em Sock'em Robot". This album marks the last work from Schema before his untimely death in the fall of 2007.

about

The music of Schema draws heavily on the genres of IDM & ambient. While wildly diverging from Jared Newby's other projects, ... more he retained many of the same break-elements that made his earlier entities so widely appealing. Schema is the first artistic entity that Jared created following his near-death-experience, and so most boldly embodies his theme of salvation for the damned. less
